DAY 15: (Mindset Practice) Shift a Specific Thought Pattern
What thought patterns are you consistently giving your attention/belief to? Write out the opposite of that belief in your mindset journal every morning.
I.e.
"It's so hard for me to get new clients" > "I'm in the process of learning how to get new clients" and/or "new clients flow to me with ease."
"I'm broke" > "I'm in the process of opening to the abundance that is all around me"
"I have to work hard to make money" > "money is simply an energy. I'm becoming magnetic to it."
