BONUS ✨ Journaling For When You're Struggling
This practice is for when you’re struggling to get behind your desire, or when you're in a low vibe in general.
- What fears, doubts, and/or frustrations are arising? Brain dump them out.
- How do these feel in your body? Now, go feel through them. (i.e. If they feel sad, go have a cry, or take a bath, or watch a sad movie).
- When it feels aligning, come back and answer: What “better-feeling-thoughts” can I choose in this moment? (i.e. a hard moment doesn’t mean anything about my future or my potential, feeling is manifesting. By feeling my feels, my desires are getting closer, I’m going to be okay, this too shall pass).
