I could go on and on with ways I tried to change my external reality in attempt to feel free.
But guess what? No matter how hard I tried, it never worked.
Why? Because I was missing the point that our INTERNAL realities are creating our EXTERNAL realities.

This is why when I discovered BREATHWORK, the DEEP SENSE OF FREEDOM I was searching for FINALLY filled my entire body, which then reflected out into my life.
