MONTHLY THEMES:
Each month I choose a personal-development topic for us all to focus/work on, which becomes the Theme of the Month.
You receive mini trainings (3-15 min voice messages) daily M - F where I share wisdom on our topic PLUS breakthroughs I'm having behind the scenes and what I'm doing to embody the work and create my dream life in realtime.
I.e. January was all about Intentional Manifestation, February is about embodying LOVE for self & others, March is focused on Mindset, April will be themed around Physical Health, May is about embodying “Hot Girl Summer” Energy, etc.
MONTHLY CHALLENGES:
Additionally, we have monthly challenges related to our theme where you have the opportunity to win amazing prizes!!
These are totally optional for you to participate in, and, I’ve found that our minds LOVE little challenges and sprints.
When you do something every day the actions compound on each other and create deep shifts. They also become habits that become who you are!
I want to help MOTIVATE you to show up for yourself and embody the work.
