What’s included?
- 8 pre-recorded learning modules on abundance & scarcity (delivered weekly starting August 6th)
- Journaling prompts to go along with each week (delivered at the start of the week so that you can reflect before our breathwork session)
- Weekly LIVE meditative breathwork sessions (60-75 minutes) with intentional, specific themes to heal scarcity wounding + embody abundance
- I'll be holding two identical sessions each week. You have the option to join one, both, or flow through the replay that will be posted to your portal.
- We'll meet every Tuesday night at 7pm ET for one of them.
- The second session will take place on either Friday or Sunday between the hours of 10am - 12pm ET
- Weekly integrative breathwork sessions (less than 10 mins) that go along with each week’s theme for you to practice daily outside of our live sessions
- A private Facebook community to connect with everyone else in the course
